Dr. Joseph Shinkan Yo was born in Tokyo, Japan. He graduated from Yang-Ming Medical University in Taipei, Taiwan. Prior to returning to Japan, Dr. Yo completed his residency with top honor at the Taipei Veteran General Hospital , Taiwan.

    Dr. Yo received his degree in Gastroenterology from Tokyo Medical Dental University .In addition, he is a certified physician of The Japanese Society of Internal Medicine ,The Japan Society of Hepatology,The Japanese Society of Gastroenterology and The Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society .

    Dr. Yo had also published several articles in the medical journal of Hepatology.

    In addition to Japanese, Dr. Yo is fluent is Mandarin Chinese and English.

    In order to bill through your insurance, you are kindly requested to present your insurance card at the time of initial visit/registration. Please contact our office concerning rules for non-Japanese insurance holder. We do not accept payment by check or credit card. Payments are requested upon service rendered.
